Physical Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with applicable consumer laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Returns Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval

Refunds

Return Shipping

International Orders (EU & USA)

For orders shipped outside the UK:
